MY EXPERIENCE

Alongside running a small private practice, I work at James' Place, a charity offering free therapy to men in suicidal crisis. I also co-facilitate a Grief Therapy Group, driven by my belief in the power of community.

I welcome all experiences to my practice and have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people in therapy, including young people (18 – 35 yrs, of all genders), women affected by violence and abuse (of all ages), people from refugee and migrant backgrounds, men in suicidal crisis and LGBTQ+ people.

Previously, I have been fortunate to work with other organisations making therapy more accessible and affordable to marginalised groups and young people.

Outside therapy, I have worked in charities, schools and mental health settings.
