MY EXPERIENCE

I believe that everybody's life experience matters and that everyone deserves to be heard.

In therapy, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. My principal experience is with young people (18 – 35 yrs), women affected by violence and abuse, refugee and migrant women, and LGBTQ+ people.

My practice is anti-discriminatory - I  welcome male clients, adults of all ages, and people of all races, gender identities and sexual orientations.

Outside therapy, I have worked with young people experiencing homelessness, on mentoring programmes in schools, and in mental health settings.

IN THERAPY I WORK WITH

Relationship issues of all kinds, trauma, anger, anxiety, abuse, identity, panic, isolation, confusion, self-esteem, trappedness, discrimination, hopelessness, cultural issues, depression and loss.
