CAITLIN LLOYD PSYCHOTHERAPY
MY EXPERIENCE
I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients in therapy. My principal experience is with young people (18 – 35 yrs, of all genders), women affected by violence and abuse (of all ages), people from refugee and migrant backgrounds, and LGBTQ+ people. However, I work with all kinds of people and welcome all experiences to my practice.

I believe that therapy and other forms of support should be accessible to all. I currently work at Roots Restoration, where I facilitate free wellbeing support groups for members of the global majority in Lewisham and Tower Hamlets.
Outside of private practice, I have been fortunate to work with organisations making therapy more accessible and affordable to marginalised groups and young people.

Outside therapy, I have worked in charities, schools and mental health settings.
